linksync is for anyone running an ecommerce website that wishes to increase efficiency and save time by integrating applications such as Woocommerce, Vend, Magento, QuickBooks and eParcel.
You can sign-up by clicking the Free Trial button or sign up here. You have 14 days to test if our solution works for your system.
No. You can sign up and use it for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to continue with the service, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
You can pay your annual or monthly subscription securely using either Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
The 14-Day Free Trial will include the following features:
- Create API keys
- For Vend, Sync up to 50 products and 50 orders
- For eParcel, can create up to 50 consignments and submit to Australia Post eParcel
Upgrading to paid subscription is very easy. Just click the UPGRADE button on your linksync account and select the Subscription Plan you want. 
You can upgrade to the next tier anytime with no additional fee.
Good question! We take data security very seriously, including the security of your personal data for billing purposes, as well as the security of your business application data. All data is secured using the same technology that banks use to protect your online banking transactions – SSL certificates that encrypt all data moving to and from the linksync services, as well as any data you enter in the linksync admin portal. If you have specific security questions let us know – we’d be happy to address any concerns you have.
Our solution only takes a few mins to install and configure yourself, and we have step-by-step instructions, but we’d be happy to assist if that’s your preference.
Yes. If you ever decide that linksync isn’t the best solution for your business, you can cancel your account anytime.
Simple! Email us at support@linksync.com. When emailing us, please use the email address you used at checkout as that allows for us to easily access your customer details. We will get back to you in 24-48 hrs (but usually much sooner).
